spring is here.the skip not the most elegant thing and wind blows lots of rubbish out.the hydrangeas have started as well as the periwinkle.I removed the dead bay tree...the other one has survived. I am planning to prune the three basis into standards.

Bought a 50 ft hosepipe so I can really water the Mews

the honesty is growing well and looking spring.it's the purple plant that turns to produce translucent medallions with black seeds.I planted lots three years ago but this the first year it has come out well.
sedum has grown well. the new laurel looking a little sad in the edges. chrysanthemums coming on. Needed watering. Please water anytime you go by. Sedum really grwing fast. Vinca rampant.
I've planted out two mature bay trees - seeme to have settled in. Moved some acanthus. Please water parts at the top of the narrow bt of stories mews
Thanks to whoever gave me the bulbs (left by patch in stories mews0 - I planted both lots out and have watered last weekend Sedum is starting to get going. cleared away rubbish. sedum starting to come through. blew leaves back onto borders.it's turning into reasonable compost but leaves always slow.acanthus doing well. hydrangea buds there.put compost on them.
Have tidied up the bay trees and cut the buddleia back ready for spring. going to train the bay trees as the standard s. ball shaped would be good. the hydrangeas are bidding up nicely.
